As part of our commitment to lifelong learning, the UMass Amherst Alumni Association is pleased to offer a series of exciting group travel opportunities. Each Alumni Travel program balances educational forums and excursions to places of historical and cultural significance with free time and the flexibility for independent encounters. Edinburgh Fringe Theatre Festival
Join the UMass Amherst English department for their third short-term summer abroad course at the Edinburgh Fringe Theatre Festival in Scotland – now open to alumni and interested community members! Designed by Jenny Spencer, this “Alternative Theatres” course has grown in popularity and includes students who attend and discuss more than 20 performances during the two-week course. This year’s Festival program will take place August 9-22.
